Single Skin Air Handling Unit
Features
- Fabricated in sectionalized construction for ease in transportation and handling at site.
- Basic assembly consists of fan section coil section, damper section <on order> and filter section.
- All sections generally constructed form 1.6mm thk (16G) CRC/galvanized steel sheets or in heavier gauge if specifically ordered for.
Fan Section
Suitable for vertical or horizontal air delivery, even convert gable at site. All panels properly strengthened with hat section channels. Light weight, tubular section fan shaft with soiled steel forged and precisely machined ends. Forward curved, multi blade, centrifugal, DIDW blowers individually balanced for inter changeability and housed in scroll having streamlined Air inlets. Fan and maintenance. Drain pan provided with 2 nos. 40 FPT heavy gauge drain couplings to facilitate drain connection from left or right side of the unit.
Coil Section
Suitable to install on blower section and sized for standard model coils having various depth.
Damper Section
Designed for face and bypass control of air coil. Polished blade spindles fitted in bronze bushes to provide smooth operation even without extra lubrication. Lever and connection links of blades designed for manual or motorized operation of the damper.
Filter Section
Designed to house the maximum area of filters in inclined arrangements to ensure low air velocity through filters and compact construction. Arrangements provided to remove or re fix the filters from front.
